TCL AC Full Packaged HVAC Solutions Showcased in the MCE Expo 2022

Under the theme of “THE ESSENCE OF COMFORT”, the 2022 MCE Expo was started on the 28th of June 2022 in Milano, which was the well-known business showcase for companies in the industry of HVAC+R. TCL Air-conditioner (TCL AC) has shown up in the even for consecutive years. TCL’s complete range of air conditioners showcased included RAC, CAC, portable air conditioners and dehumidifiers.

Despite the global trading is affected by the global epidemic, TCL AC still strived to maintain its rapid growth. In 2021, TCL AC was listed top 3 in the exports of China AC industry, which is mainly attributed to its perseverant efforts in product innovation, and R&D of smart and healthy air technologies. Such as the T-PRO series that was showcased at the scene, it was outstanding for its fabulous matt finished design, excellent cooling/heating performance, smart inverter technologies and 3-easy optimized structure. 

TCL Fresh-air series, in particular, impressed visitors with its creative design of a fresh air duct system called “Blue Mini Wing”. In Feb. 2022, its fresh-air technologies were recognized as global leading by the group authority of China Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Industry Association, as well as its new high-efficiency inverter controller technology.

Stronger manufacturing & R&D investment also boosted TCL AC’s sales increase. In May 2022, the mass production of TCL’s new CAC production base was started, aiming to provide more professional & diversified packaged product solutions, and more satisfactory intelligent building solutions in the global market.

The new CAC line-up showcased included the Free Match, which was designed with a wide range of indoor unit combinations, wide voltage range, low watt standby, smart control of refrigerant flow distribution, etc. It is also an excellent air conditioning solution for a large house to save installation of extra outdoor units.

Besides, most visitors were interested in TCL’s new tri-thermal ATW heat pump products. It is equipped with DC inverter and dual rotary compressor, wide voltage range, low noise, high efficiency and -25℃ambient temperature strong heating. In summer, it can produce cold water, through the circulation system in the fan coil (indoor unit) exchange, blowing out cooling air; In winter, hot water is produced by convection heat transfer of fan coil or radiant heat transfer of floor heating coil. At the same time, it can provide hot water for daily use.

In order to provide a more complete HVAC solution, TCL also showcased its new swimming pool air conditioner. It is designed with extra quiet operation (lowest to 38db). Full DC Inverter technology is applied, which is highly efficient and energy saving. It can provide constant temperature hot water for the swimming pool all day long, with -7℃ to 43℃ ultra-wide operating temperature, to meet the demand for water in four seasons. A variety of intelligent control methods are available to adjust the water temperature anytime and anywhere.

With more diversified HVAC product line-up of top standards, it can be expected that TCL AC can further reinforce its market growth in the global AC market.
